The air pollution regulatory/policy environment can be extremely complex, and details vary by location and over time. We often prepare air permit applications and the air quality/GHG components of CEQA or NEPA documentation, have reviewed others’ submittals, and have also been very involved in the tracking of new proposed regulations and drafting technical comments on proposed regulations.
